Support and optimize Epic HB workflows including charge posting, payments, adjustments, and void/repost activities.
Maintain charge integrity through analysis, error resolution, and financial reporting oversight.
Configure and support GL integration (FDM, format strings) and billing tables (CCAT, BCB).
Collaborate across functions on HAR lifecycle management, self-pay processes, payment posting, and reconciliation.
Partner with SBO operations on payment plans, statement processing, and self-pay workflows.
Leverage work queues and reporting tools to identify, research, and resolve charge/billing errors.
Contribute to large-scale projects involving cutovers, SBO integration, and downstream finance dependencies.

Experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree Certification/Licensure
Epic Hospital Billing (HB) certification (Preferred) Epic certifications: Charge Router (CRO), Hospital Billing Claims & Remittance (Preferred) Experience
Proven expertise in Epic charge router logic, charge posting, and downstream impacts Strong knowledge of hospital billing workflows and financial integrity principles Prior experience supporting SBO implementations or operations Familiarity with reconciliation and downstream finance impacts Benefits
