This role will oversee financial reporting, compliance, accounting processes, and team development across multiple entities. Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Key Responsibilities
Direct preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports for multiple entities. Ensure GAAP compliance and manage audits with external CPA firms. Ensure compliance with debt covenants on real estate loans. Manage bank relationships, bank debt management and banking negotiations. Oversee tax compliance and filings, coordinating with external tax advisors. Lead core accounting functions: AP, AR, treasury/cash management, and payroll. Monitor and forecast cash flow, manage intercompany accounts, and update debt/equity reconciliations. Review and approve journal entries, invoices, and reconciliations. Partner with HR, payroll, and consultants to streamline processes and strengthen controls. Train, mentor, and develop accounting staff. Qualifications
BA Accounting and CPA preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Track record of managing complex accounting structures and teams. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Seniority level
