WHAT WE'LL NEED We are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to become an important part of our team as you work with the Senior Tax Manager to manage the day-to-day activities of the tax team. You will have the ability to problem solve and think analytically while ensuring work is completed in a timely and accurate manner. This individual is an energetic self-starter that will help to manage all aspects tax compliance, accounting and planning and works cross-functionally within the organization to support growth of the business. Prepare and/or review corporate federal, state, and international income tax forms to ensure accuracy and timely filing. Prepare indirect tax filings, including sales and use tax returns and property tax returns. Assist with preparing the quarterly income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740. Assist with all activities and processes related to income tax compliance. Work with state, local, federal, and international tax authorities and advisors on direct taxation matters to help resolve tax issues. Assist with maintaining documentation and support the implementation of income tax processes in accordance with internal controls, ensuring all controls are followed and properly documented. Identify and introduce new ideas and solutions to create efficiencies and streamline processes. Collaborate with Accounting and other internal/external stakeholders to support tax strategies and process improvements. Perform other duties and participate in special projects, as assigned. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Strong understanding of U.S. corporate tax and ASC 740 Advanced excel and business writing skills High attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Technical tax knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task and good problem-solving capabilities Education And Work Experience Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degrees in Accounting/ Taxation CPA required 2-4 years of tax experience WHO YOU ARE No job is too small.
