Wealth Management Asset Servicing Analyst — Morgan Stanley. Join to apply for the Wealth Management Asset Servicing Analyst role. This Analyst position is part of Capital Markets Core Processing (CMCP), supporting Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management Clients through Trade Processing, Clearing, Settlement and Asset Servicing. The Balance & Control team ensures the integrity of the Firm's books and records through reconciliation of the securities ledger and cash sub-ledgers, collaborating with Processing, Technology, Operations Risk, and Finance to manage processing risk and resolve open exceptions. Responsibilities

Provide transaction support and manage post-execution processes within the CMCP Operations framework. Balance cash, currency and security activity across domestic and international clearing utilities and agent banks. Balance Trade blotter activity and detect, age, and resolve stock ledger exceptions related to physical security transfer activity. Prepare reconciliations and explanations of month-end Operations focus balances for capital charges and contribute to daily regulatory computations. Contribute to tactical and strategic initiatives affecting the firm’s books and records; support process improvements and change initiatives related to trade, transaction processing, reconciliation and control. Collaborate across areas of the firm and act as a team player to deliver quality service. What Sets You Apart / Qualifications

Firm understanding of the Trade Lifecycle including Trade Processing, Clearance, Settlement, Transfers, Asset Servicing, and Reconciliation. Experience contributing to or leading projects; comfort with automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, UI Path, Tableau). Experience with process mapping and working with large data sets. Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis using formulas and functions. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across different areas of the firm; collaborative/team-oriented. Location and Company Context
