The 2025 Operations Summer Analyst Program (Baltimore): This 10-week program, starting in June, provides aspiring financial professionals with valuable experience in Morgan Stanley’s Operations Division. The program features: Broad Exposure: – Explore different functions within Operations and the financial services industry. – Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Firm’s culture. Intensive Training: – Participate in summer trainings, speaker series, networking events, and educational sessions. – Engage in hands-on experiences and a group project. Leadership Development: – Interact with senior management within Operations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Operations teams to evaluate and improve processes for efficiency. Develop a thorough understanding of Operations and related departments. Present findings to senior management. Partner with business units and technology to deliver exceptional client service in trade capture, settlement, account opening, and fraud monitoring. Work with Technology to design and implement process improvements. Identify and mitigate operational risks while complying with regulations. Build strong client relationships to ensure high-quality operational services. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum GPA of 3.0 Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026 Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities Attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion Effective time management and multitasking skills Problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset Positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic Poise, confidence, and initiative Open to all majors Application Process and Deadline: Apply online at
