The division collaborates with departments such as Sales & Trading, Finance, Legal, and Technology to support and settle daily transactions, implement controls, build client relationships, and develop new markets and business structures. The 2025 Operations Summer Analyst Program (Baltimore): This 10-week program, starting in June, provides aspiring financial professionals with valuable experience in Morgan Stanley’s Operations Division. The program features: Broad Exposure: – Explore different functions within Operations and the financial services industry. – Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Firm’s culture. Intensive Training: – Participate in summer trainings, speaker series, networking events, and educational sessions. – Engage in hands-on experiences and a group project. Leadership Development: – Interact with senior management within Operations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Operations teams to evaluate and improve processes for efficiency. Develop a thorough understanding of Operations and related departments. Present findings to senior management. Partner with business units and technology to deliver exceptional client service in trade capture, settlement, account opening, and fraud monitoring. Work with Technology to design and implement process improvements. Identify and mitigate operational risks while complying with regulations. Build strong client relationships to ensure high-quality operational services.
