Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or Economics. Years of Experience:
4-7 years of progressive experience in a corporate (SG&A) Finance role Industry exposure:
Ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare or manufacturing sectors. Manufacturing being the ideal background Proficiency:
Strong Excel skills (power-pivot, h lookup, v look up, pivot tables, if sum) Supervisory Experience:
Ideal candidate will have experience supervising interns or 1+ analyst. Job Description: The Opportunity Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year financial models Build dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and provide insights to leadership Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and other key teams to support strategic decisions Analyze financial performance, identify trends and variances, and communicate actionable recommendations Prepare board, investor, and executive-level financial materials Evaluate capital investments, pricing strategies, and cost controls to support growth initiatives Implement and enhance financial tools and systems to improve automation and scalability Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close to ensure accurate reporting Support cash flow forecasting and treasury planning Why This Role Be a
