Serving as a critical team member within the Applications & Cloud team, you will work closely with stakeholders and project teams to provide escalated IT support services leveraging a broad range of technologies and industry-leading best practices to leverage Microsoft Azure & RelativityOne cloud services. This includes global solutions currently in place within our organization. You will maintain and deploy a security-first mentality in a variety of contentious legal and regulatory situations. You will be a key contributor to how we shape our internal and external technology solutions for our clients. You will assist project teams within the Forensic Technology Services practice (eDiscovery, Forensics, Analytics, & Cyber) in confronting and resolving legal matters by providing eDiscovery litigation support on a variety of projects including domestic and cross-border disputes, internal and public investigations, and other matter types. By establishing consultative relationships with our clients, you will guide them toward best practices in meeting their eDiscovery support needs. Serve the broader global team in the execution of projects involving identification, collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored data (ESI) relevant to litigation or investigations. Collaborate with internal/external clients to implement efficient workflows, mitigate risk, apply quality control, and address technical challenges to make ESI preserved, discoverable, viewable, and useful. Maintain consistent communication and coordination with clients and team members to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of all required support tasks, and the successful completion of project objectives. Lead internal meetings to review work results. Ensure eDiscovery best practices are followed to maintain accuracy and reliability of analysis through quality control checks. Show proven expertise in leading eDiscovery tools, including Relativity and Brainspace. Collaborate with the IT PMO to prepare and update thorough documentation of progress and milestones, including summaries of delivery efforts, tracking, and reporting. Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining. Who will you be working with?

Core Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferably in computer science, information management, data science, or related fields). At least 10 years of relevant IT support experience. At least 3–5 years of Microsoft Azure experience. At least 2 years of experience with MS Sentinel SIEM & MS Defender deployments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, meeting deadlines and delivery objectives. Excellent client service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fast learner, eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Attributes
Experience using Relativity Server and RelativityOne as an advanced user and database administrator. Expertise with industry-standard review and production tools (Relativity, Reveal, Nuix, Brainspace, etc.). Certifications are preferred but not required. Familiarity with standard eDiscovery methodology and client service delivery. Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
