Responsibilities

Assist with planning, designing, and delivering network solutions around Cisco's Data Centre technologies and integrating them into Delta's overall data center architecture and design.

Assist senior network engineers and architects engaged in designing, testing, implementing, and supporting network infrastructure.

Responsible for project planning and building network infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.

Document current and future requirements, perform planning analysis, assist with solution development, and help estimate timelines for project implementation.

Develop and leverage vendor relationships to deliver network products and services.

Ensure network performance and reliability meet enterprise objectives for timely service restoration and tuning.

Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to develop and define network architecture which incorporates standards, practices, processes, and products for the enterprise.

Telecommuting permitted up to two days per week.

Domestic travel required approximately 10% of the time to other Delta offices.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Security, Computer Networking, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in network engineering.

Or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Security, Computer Networking, or a related field, and 3 years of experience in network engineering.

Must Have Work Experience In

F5 Load balancers, APM (Access Policy Manager)

F5 GTM (Global Site Load Balancer)

Cisco network equipment, such as routers and switches

Network Routing & Switching with layer 4-7 services integration in data center and enterprise environment

Infoblox DNS, DHCP, SNMP, IPv4, VLANs, LAN, and Static Routing
