Participate in multiple phases of the consulting lifecycle with emphasis on business process consulting. Define problems, propose solutions, and contribute to development, configuration, and deployment of the SAP GTS solution. Guide teams on project processes and deliverables; contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building. Help detail project scope and shape value-adding consulting solutions to meet client needs. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be substituted for every year of education. At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. In-depth knowledge of SAP GTS 11.0 and SAP GTS E4H; experience transforming from SAP GTS 11.0 to SAP GTS E4H. Duty drawback; knowledge of support pack levels. 7 years of SAP GTS experience, with about 4–5 years on SAP GTS 11.0 and at least 4+ years as Lead. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information effectively to Sr. Managers and Directors. Experience working with Nearshore and Offshore Delivery teams. Lead coordination with cross-functional SAP/ERP teams to deliver integrated solutions; track performance using KPIs and manage a team onshore and offshore. Manage design, build, testing, deployment, and support processes; lead automation to improve SAP GTS efficiency. Support planning and execution of releases, upgrades, and cutover activities related to SAP GTS; implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Other Information
