Overview
This position is responsible for strategic consultation and guidance on all compensation-related programs, systems, processes, and compliance matters for the HealthTrust and Parallon business units. It ensures alignment with enterprise-wide objectives of the Compensation COE and supports the Human Resources Group strategy in the attraction, development, and retention of high-quality talent. The role combines strategic leadership with operational execution and works closely with HRBPs, executives and other compensation resources to effectively develop, communicate, execute and maintain a variety of compensation and reward programs including position evaluations, modeling to support market adjustment proposals, annual increase planning and administration, incentive plan design and administration, compliance reviews and other special compensation projects and initiatives. Note: This position will work a hybrid schedule out of our Corporate Office in Nashville, TN. Benefits

Design and administer compensation programs aligned with strategic business goals. Develop and maintain salary structures and incentive plans for HealthTrust and Parallon businesses. Conduct market reviews, job evaluations, annual compensation planning and off-cycle pay reviews to ensure external market competitiveness and maintain internal equity. Establish and maintain pay policies and ensure consistent application. Provide support and analysis for internal/external audit requests and compliance matters and coordinate with Legal and other areas as necessary/appropriate. Help train HRBPs and managers on compensation policies and tools. Prepare analysis and reports using a variety of tools such as Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint to recommend and support compensation recommendations and decisions. Lead and develop compensation team members. Education
Bachelor\'s degree required Master\'s degree preferred 7+ years of experience in Compensation and Healthcare and/or general industry experience required Licenses, Certifications & Training
