Job Summary And Qualifications This position provides analytical support for a wide range of executive compensation programs/projects designed to support business strategies. Candidates local to the Nashville, TN Corporate Office are preferred. Major Responsibilities: Supports the design, development, execution and administration of the executive and equity compensation programs across the Enterprise. Perform routine and advanced analytics/dashboards of executive compensation trends Provides and maintains Enterprise compensation communications, policies & training development for various stakeholder groups Project manages pay transparency initiatives, including developing a job family and management level framework to improve pay policy harmonization and narrative Supports process optimization through analytics and technology solutions; documents workflows and improves processes Manages the annual bonus/incentive programs development, design, analytics, reporting and plan maintenance Partners with functional resources on the Annual Comp Risk Assessment Administers incentive plans and maintains related systems/databases Creates and maintains incentive plan documents and prepares related communications Provides audit support for the Compensation COE Coordinates with the Compensation Committee’s external executive compensation consultant and facilitates information flow Develops materials and recommendations for Management and/or the Compensation Committee Assists in expatriate compensation administration Prepares proxy statement tables and related narrative disclosures; collaborates with Finance, HR, Legal, Accounting, Tax and Payroll on executive compensation matters Supports job evaluation and offer/promotion processes for executive/leadership roles to ensure equitable alignment Demonstrates critical thinking, problem solving and project management skills; strong analytical abilities to interpret data and trends Maintains confidentiality and communicates effectively at all levels Incentive administration and equity compensation administration Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required Master's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in compensation or related field (7+ preferred); or equivalent combination of education and/or experience Licenses, Certifications, & Training: PHR preferred CCP preferred HCA Healthcare has been named one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere Institute for ten consecutive years.
