It combines technical expertise, project management, and collaboration to drive efficiency, structure, and scalability within the content ecosystem. Responsibilities
Own and optimize the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, including organization, tagging, archiving, rights management, and user onboarding/training. Analyze and streamline creative workflows using low-code tools (Zapier, Power Automate, Airtable Automations) and light scripting (Python) to increase efficiency. Develop and manage scalable metadata standards, taxonomy models, and folder structures to ensure intuitive content access. Collaborate with design and creative teams, supporting asset formatting with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). Integrate DAM with marketing tools, repositories, and analytics dashboards via REST APIs and connectors. Support cross-functional creative operations and timelines using project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) to improve asset flow and visibility. Ensure compliance with content rights, licensing, and accessibility requirements, including ADA considerations. Preferred Competencies & Skills
Strong communication and training abilities to onboard diverse stakeholders. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven with the ability to scale complex systems. Background or interest in library sciences, content taxonomy, or metadata systems. Experience in retail or e-commerce creative teams is advantageous. Minimum Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in digital asset management, creative operations, or marketing project coordination. Technical skills in low-code platforms, workflow automation, and light scripting.
