EY is hiring for the SAP - Finance - Senior Manager - Consulting - Location OPEN role. Location: Anywhere in Country. EY leverages SAP service line capabilities (Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors) to help clients improve performance and productivity. The opportunity involves innovating with SAP and delivering value from strategy to execution, drawing on EY’s cross-functional capabilities in tax, assurance, transactions and risk. Responsibilities

On typical engagements, work with key stakeholders to understand needs, advise on SAP capabilities, and translate requirements into business solutions through configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document workflows, and complete the functional design of SAP solutions. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure delivery quality. Manage and oversee complex processes and projects, ensuring quality, managing risk, and being accountable for budget, delivery, and performance to meet objectives. Foster and manage client relationships, contributing to business growth through revenue generation and commercial relationship management. Engage in thought leadership, identify sales and new opportunities, participate in client engagements from planning to closure, and manage engagement economics with focus on chargeability and revenue generation. Skills and Attributes for Success

In-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen; ability to assimilate new knowledge quickly. Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams; monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels; select appropriate methods to achieve results; recommend policy changes and establish procedures. Operate with significant latitude in setting objectives and determining approaches to assignments. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). 5-7 years of relevant experience in SAP. At least 3 years of experience with one or more SAP modules. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members. Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and advisory experience relevant to industry-specific finance and technology functions. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Willingness to travel to meet client needs. Ideally, you’ll also have

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range of $171,600 to $392,100 (US); $205,900 to $445,700 for NYC Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento). Total Rewards includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and paid time off options. Hybrid work model: most external, client-serving roles require in-person work 40-60% of the time over engagements.
