Eaton The Eaton Corporate Sector division is seeking a Senior Attorney, Commercial Contracts. This position can be based out of Arden, NC; Beachwood, OH; Davenport, IA; Moon Township, PA; Raleigh, NC; or Waukesha, WI with hybrid work available. The expected annual salary range is $123,000-$182,000 and the role is eligible for a variable incentive program. Responsibilities
Lead contracting efforts by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of agreements—including MPAs/MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and joint development agreements—while securing advantageous terms and mitigating legal and commercial risks.
Provide strategic counsel and apply a creative approach to contract negotiations; collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Credit, HR, Finance, Insurance, and specialized legal practice areas (e.g., IP, EHS, Business Counsel).
Develop deep understanding of Eaton products and services to tailor guidance to diverse stakeholders and support business objectives.
Participate in the Legal team’s focus on continuous learning, process improvement, and courageous collaboration across the organization; experience in dispute resolution is beneficial.

They should possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills effective across all levels of the organization, with a proven track record of building organizational capability and negotiating commercial contracts across various markets/industries.

Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) required and license to practice in one of the 50 U.S. States.
Minimum 7 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
Minimum 7 years negotiating commercial contracts.
Proximity to Arden, NC; Beachwood, OH; Davenport, IA; Moon Township, PA; Raleigh, NC; or Waukesha, WI (within 50 miles) is required; no relocation offered.
