Role Context As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will be instrumental in connecting business needs with technical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring the technical teams deliver solutions that are in perfect harmony with business objectives.

Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs
Lead project streams while actively engaging with clients

On typical engagements, work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. Initiate requirements gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, workflows and documentation, and the functional design of the solution; liaise with stakeholders and the technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
Analytical prowess and decision-making based on a broad understanding of policies
Ability to guide and develop junior team members
Proven track record of complex problem-solving and relationship management
To qualify for the role, you must have
A Bachelor's degree
2 to 4 years of relevant experience working with SAP ERP based systems, including at least one full implementation cycle focusing on SAP Product Costing
Working knowledge of SAP FICO applications beyond Product Costing
Good understanding of cost accounting concepts – fixed and variable costs, absorption, direct and indirect costs, overhead, analyzing margins, annual budgeting
Prior system configuration experience with Management Accounting and Product Costing
Defining Cost Center and Profit Center Hierarchies; strong understanding of cost flows and allocation methods (plan and actual) using S4HANA and ECC tools
Understanding of production strategies Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order and implications on Product Costing
Demonstrating proficiency in Margin Analysis (account and cost-based) - gathering requirements, creating characteristics, integrating with Extension Ledger
Detailed understanding of Costing Variant and Results Analysis configuration
Gathering requirements, design, and build allocation cycles
Setting up Operating Concern and Controlling Area, and Plan Versions
Building reports using SAP tools such as SAP Queries, Report Painter, Report Writer and CO-PA reporting
Understanding integration points with Production Planning, Material Management and Financial Accounting
Understanding the functionalities of Material Ledger
Building and Managing Relationships
Complex problem-solving
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%
Ideally, you’ll also have
Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience
SAP Certification(s)
C_TS4CO SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Management Accounting Associates, with experience in at least one full cycle implementation of core module
Additional qualifications that complement the role

Prior industry experience in Accounting department

What We Offer You
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $101,500 to $186,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $121,700 to $211,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
