Lead large-scale SAP S/4 HANA Finance (FIN) track implementations, serving as the primary FIN lead in multiple end-to-end projects over the past 5+ years. Manage and deliver multi-year SAP implementation projects, addressing challenges related to phased deployments and interim state solutions, including data migration. Collaborate closely with senior Finance business leaders to identify inter-dependencies, assess business impacts, and advise on solution design. Demonstrate deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Costing, Profit & Loss (P&L), Financial Planning, and Consolidation. Serve as a solution architect, designing and presenting comprehensive end-to-end SAP S/4 solutions to business stakeholders. Utilize experience from working with Big 4 consulting firms or large IT service providers (e.g., Infosys, TCS) on greenfield SAP implementation projects. Lead and manage a team of at least 10+ onsite resources, ensuring effective project delivery and resource allocation. Possess an in-depth understanding of S/4 HANA features and their impact on solution design, especially in the transition from ECC to S/4 HANA. Willingness and ability to travel to Buffalo, NY, and other client sites as required (one week onsite, one week remote). Available to start immediately and commit through 12/31/2025, with potential for extension. Seniority level
