As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure that implemented solutions meet these requirements. You will collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions. Your Key Responsibilities
Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams. Supervise the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions, including Sales Order Management, ATP, Shipping, Credit Management, Pricing, Billing and more. Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met. Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities with strong business acumen in Order-to-Cash and related domains (Supply Chain sub-domains, Finance and Procurement). Stay current on trends relevant to the client’s business (e.g., S/4HANA with Rise, BTP clean core, SAP AI) and assimilate new knowledge. Understand the impact of master data and hierarchies on the OTC process; coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic solutions. Deliver high-quality client services; monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes. Lead client workshops and meetings to collect and understand user stories; build relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Inspire diverse teams through coaching, foster an innovative and inclusive work environment, mentor junior consultants, and generate new business opportunities. Assess and present ways to serve clients with EY’s service lines. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and internal networks across EY practices to serve client needs. Expertise in system configuration design and business architecture frameworks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred. Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience. At least eight years of experience in SAP Order-to-Cash; deep SD knowledge in SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC; ability to design, solution, configure, implement, and document complex WRICEF objects. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Proven ability to lead client relationships and internal teams with strong project management expertise (e.g., SAP Activate) and a track record in delivering SAP projects. Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and industry-specific finance/tech functions; experience in training design and delivery. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies. Willingness to travel (roughly 40-60%). Ideal Qualifications
Experience in leading teams and managing change. Prior consulting industry experience. SAP certification(s). Ability to build and manage client relationships. What We Look For
