The opportunity involves innovating with SAP to co-create innovative solutions across EY’s integrated capabilities, from strategy to execution. Responsibilities

Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, supervising the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions (Sales Order Management, ATP, Shipping, Credit Management, Pricing, Billing and more). Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met. Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements. Demonstrate deep technical capabilities with strong business acumen in the Order-to-Cash domain and its related sub-domains (Supply Chain – Planning, Manufacturing, Transportation Management, Extended Warehouse Management), Finance and Procurement; stay current on trends such as S/4HANA with Rise, BTP clean core, SAP AI scenarios. Understand the impact of master data and hierarchies on the OTC process and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic solutions. Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes. Lead client workshops and meetings to collect and understand user stories; establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Lead and inspire diverse teams with feedback and coaching; mentor junior consultants; generate new business opportunities; assess/present ways to serve clients. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks; collaborate with EY practices to meet client needs. Encourage and support professional development of team members through training, workshops and career advancement opportunities. Skills And Attributes For Success

To thrive in this role, you will need a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and deliver results. You will work with stakeholders to understand needs, architect solutions, blueprint, test, and document the solution, and configure/integrate SAP and non-SAP systems. Strong technical skills in application functional design and technology requirements definition. Ability to analyze and map technology cost-benefit scenarios. Expertise in system configuration design and business architecture frameworks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred. Typically 5 - 7 years of relevant experience. At least eight years of experience in SAP Order-to-Cash; deep functional and technical experience in Sales and Distribution (SD) in SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC; ability to design, solution, configure, implement and document complex WRICEF objects. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Proven ability to lead client relationships and internal teams, with strong project management experience (e.g., SAP Activate Methodology) and a track record of delivering SAP projects. Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and industry-specific finance and technology functions; experience in training design and delivery. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies. Willingness to travel (40-60%). Ideally, you’ll also have

Comprehensive compensation and benefits; base salary ranges vary by location (e.g., $169,900 – $388,200; higher ranges in NYC Metro, Washington State and California).
