Responsibilities

Lead and orchestrate uncleared campaigns with Investment, Offshore, BPM and Media Rec teams to ensure timely clearing, compliance and payment to partners.

Support ad-hoc data requests for forecasting, billing, promotional performance, etc.

Manage time effectively to meet deadlines through cross-discipline collaboration.

Handle campaign trafficking, data compilation and billing; utilize campaign management tools to improve performance.

Manage trafficking with outside agencies/publishers under supervision; ensure governance and training compliance across platforms.

Perform campaign QA and coordinate with AdOps to obtain creative specs and asset delivery; ensure smooth launches and status validation.

Set up campaigns in systems with correct ad tags and creatives; ensure approvals where required.

Monitor daily budget pacing and perform basic optimizations; organize and present data in a digestible format.

Coordinate with team members to develop campaign plans and strategies; research and monitor keyword lists to support optimizations and promotions.

Attend training sessions to become fluent in media planning tools and platforms; maintain client, competitor, and industry awareness.

Maintain status sheets, meeting recaps, and process trackers; participate in partner meetings to understand the media marketplace and vendor relationships.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications; MIS or stats preferred but not required.

1-3 years of agency experience or relevant/translatable work.

Hands-on experience with Media Ocean (Prisma/DDS) and Ad Servers (Google Campaign Manager, Innovid); proficiency with Excel/spreadsheet tools; familiarity with IAS/Doubleverify and at least one investment platform (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, DV360).

Proactive self-starter with the ability to analyze and act on marketing data; strong attention to detail.

Team player with autonomy and strong time management skills to handle multiple projects.

Ability to interface with internal teams and vendors to understand capabilities and limits of technologies used.

Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $40,000—$75,000 USD. Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance; 401(k); Healthcare FSA; Dependent Care FSA; vacation, sick, personal days; paid parental leave; paid medical leave; and STD/LTD insurance. The company reserves the right to modify this range at any time.

Work Arrangement This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. In-office days are subject to change based on business needs and team alignment.
