As the Marketing and Events Manager at Ganek, you will lead marketing strategy, execute campaigns, manage events, and nurture client relationships. The role spans marketing strategy and communications, event coordination and execution, networking, and client liaison. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record in marketing, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for creating meaningful connections with clients and partners. Travel and Location

Travel between offices and to events is required. Candidate must maintain office hours in one of the following locations: Midtown, Poncey Highlands, Lawrenceville or Perimeter. Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Communications (50%) Plan and execute a variety of events, including Continuing Education (CE) classes, lunch-and-learns, and networking happy hours across multiple locations. Manage the firm’s sponsorships, industry memberships, and event participation to increase visibility and strengthen relationships in the legal and real estate sectors. Collaborate with graphic designers to develop marketing materials, maintain updated website content, and ensure social media reflects current branding. Support the optimization of the firm’s CRM platform for enhanced business development tracking. Create and manage engaging content across all social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement. Maintain the firm's website, Google Business profiles, and overall online presence to ensure consistent digital representation. Understand the client base for each location and customize accordingly. Conduct audits to ensure website and print materials are up to date. Manage vendor relationships with photographers, caterers, printers, etc. Event Coordination & Execution (25%) Proactively seek networking and promotional events to attend, representing Ganek professionally and seeking new leads and referral partners. Develop and project manage events to showcase Ganek's services and foster lasting relationships with referral partners and new clients. Manage event budgets and work with suppliers to maintain brand integrity. Handle event registrations and ensure strong attendance. Report on networking activities and event success. Networking & Client Liaison (25%) Provide exceptional service to clients, maintaining effective communication and rapport via various channels. Attend to client requests promptly and effectively, providing regular feedback to management on client needs and issues. Represent Ganek at industry functions and staff meetings as required. Requirements

Qualifications

1-3 years of proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating confidence and relevant experience in senior-level management interactions. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications. CRM experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is required Strong problem-solving skills, work ethic, and a positive attitude. Excellent grammar and proofreading skills. Ability to represent the company at trade shows and networking events alongside the marketing team. Outgoing personality with a willingness to learn and grow professionally. Digital Marketing Social Media Management: Proficiency in managing social media platforms and developing engaging content. Email Marketing: Creating and managing email marketing campaigns. SEO and SEM: Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) principles. Analytics and Reporting Data Analysis: Analyzing marketing and event performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness. Reporting: Generating reports and providing insights to stakeholders. Communication Skills Verbal Communication: Effective communication with team members, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Written Communication: Writing clear and persuasive marketing materials, emails, and reports.
