This job description is for a Digital Marketing Strategist at a law firm in Atlanta. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing the firm’s business development and marketing goals through innovative, data-driven digital initiatives. Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Strategist will plan, develop, implement, and evaluate digital strategies across multiple platforms to enhance visibility, generate leads, and strengthen client relationships. Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and evaluate the firm’s digital marketing strategy to support overall business development goals. Execute digital campaigns across email, social media, website, and other online platforms. Develop and manage targeted email marketing programs, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking. Produce and repurpose content for digital channels, including articles, podcasts, blogs, and newsletters. Maintain and update the firm’s public website, ensuring content accuracy, timeliness, and brand alignment. Optimize site performance and visibility using SEO and SEM best practices. Collaborate with vendors on technical upgrades and troubleshooting. Coordinate and maintain the firm’s presence across social media platforms. Provide training to attorneys and staff on leveraging social media for business development. Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices. Monitor and report on key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital programs and campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations to improve strategy and performance. Administer and maintain the firm’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensure operational effectiveness through regular checks, updates, and troubleshooting. Train attorneys and staff on CRM best practices for capturing, managing, and leveraging client/prospect data. Partner with business development team to ensure CRM data informs strategic initiatives. Support the Director of Marketing with public relations and announcements. Integrate digital marketing into broader campaigns with the business development and communications teams. Assist with digital components of events, webinars, sponsorships, and client outreach initiatives. Manage vendor relationships related to digital platforms. Actively contribute ideas to strengthen firmwide marketing and business development. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment. Proven track record of executing digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content strategy. Proficiency with CRM systems, website CMS platforms, and social media management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods working on a computer. Frequent communication with attorneys, staff, vendors, and clients. Occasional lifting of marketing materials or equipment up to 20 pounds. Performance Measures
