to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a

subject matter expert

on

HiredScore

product implementations and processes while leading a cross‑functional group of team leads. You will be responsible for the highest‑level client escalations, ensuring your teams are equipped to succeed, and driving excellence in delivery. This position offers an opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a fast‑growing unit, with exposure to executive leadership and collaboration with development, product, and customer success teams, as well as senior client leaders. Responsibilities Lead a cross‑functional team and serve as the subject matter expert on HiredScore product implementation and processes. Oversee all aspects of team building, including hiring, onboarding, training, mentorship, and professional development. Coach and mentor team members to optimize performance and support career growth. Provide guidance across daily operations, client interactions, and on‑demand client calls; serve as the primary escalation point for issues. Partner with application development scrum teams to deliver customer features and product innovations. Understand client needs and workflows to design tailored HiredScore implementation plans and solutions. Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth account transitions from sales through launch, training, post‑launch support, and adoption. Prioritize, plan, and deliver exceptional customer experiences with cross‑functional stakeholders. Model and promote Workday’s core values: Employees, Customer Service, Innovation, Integrity, Fun, and Profitability. About You Basic Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Lead in Technical Project Management, Implementation Management, or Professional Services Management. 4+ years of experience managing Managers and Senior Software development teams and mentoring for growth. 6+ years’ experience as the single point of contact resolving complex issues and managing escalations; SME of IT standards, applications, UAT, and industry trends. Other Qualifications Strong, hands‑on experience implementing SaaS products and delivering professional services in a software delivery environment, including configurations and system integrations. Led recruiting efforts and talent appreciation initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent. Success in high‑growth SaaS companies selling to enterprise clients in a global environment. Strong analytical skills to translate client needs into application and operational requirements. Proven ability to manage projects from scratch in a fast‑paced environment. Process‑focused problem solver; adaptable to rapid change and competing priorities. Deep affinity for technology and understanding of the software delivery lifecycle; familiar with SQL/NoSQL databases; experience with JIRA and Confluence. Mentorship and people management skills to coach software engineering teams for high performance and growth. Ability to translate business and technical requirements into actionable engineering plans and solutions, with strong decision‑making and accountability. Provides engineering leadership and clear stakeholder communication to align on priorities and outcomes.
