The SAP Training Consultant is responsible for developing an overall training strategy and materials and to track execution against the plan to enable a successful transition to the target state of the system.
Responsibilities
Develop training strategies and manage execution of that strategy
Facilitate interaction with the functional teams, application development team and technical teams to identify and gather information required as input to trainings
Design, develop, and deploy the training and performance support materials
Lead user adoption and acceptance for impacted users of a large, complex organization
Develop robust training materials for wide distribution among stakeholders and users
Deliver training videos, recordings, virtual, and in-person training
Develop metrics to measure transition and determine appropriate actions
Qualifications
US Citizenship required (no dual)
3 - 5 years SAP training development and delivery experience
Experience with Enable Now or WalkMe development
Security Clearance
Active Secret
Compensation and Benefits As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of
California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is:
$84,900—$160,200 USD
