The SAP Training Consultant is responsible for developing an overall training strategy and materials and to track execution against the plan to enable a successful transition to the target state of the system. The work: Develop training strategies and managing execution of that strategy Facilitate interaction with the functional teams, application development team and technical teams to identify to gather information required as input to trainings Design, develop, and deploy the training and performance support materials. Expert ability to lead user adoption and acceptance for impacted users of a large, complex organization Capable of developing robust training materials for wide distribution among stakeholders and users Capable of delivering training videos, recordings, virtual, and in-person training Develop metrics to measure transition and determine appropriate actions Here's what you need: US Citizenship required (no duals) 3 - 5 years SAP training development and delivery experience Experience with Enable Now or WalkMe development Security Clearance Active Secret We provide reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia.
