Technical Project Manager - TSS at Triple-S. Responsible for leading complex projects that span across multiple technology and business units from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction. What You'll Do
Manage several technology projects with an emphasis on efficiency, quality outcomes and performance in compliance with schedule, cost, scope, etc. Facilitate the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders, guiding the project end-to-end through all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure successful execution and completion. Secure and manage resources to achieve objective targets and scorecard metrics. Prepare and manage budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements; track project costs to meet budget. Create and oversee a comprehensive project schedule and work plan to direct the project team in meeting deliverable commitments. Provide effective functional and technical team leadership; conduct project status meetings and communicate project information to stakeholders. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders from project-level to executive level about progress, adjustments, challenges, risks, and issues. Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Senior Leadership, Compliance, IT, etc.) to set up projects and programs for success by ensuring detailed business and technical requirements inform delivery. Manage vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. Apply industry best practices and standards; lead teams to identify risks and create mitigation plans; address issues through discussions and problem-solving sessions. Evaluate objectives within quality, budget, time, and scope; assess work performance of employees and contractors and adjust as needed. Manage integration of project processes including impact analysis from changes; submit change requests per PMO procedures. Maintain client and stakeholder relationships through frequent, effective communication; resolve conflicts and negotiate consensus. Understand the need for a Business Case/ROI and ensure its completion; read and understand technical specifications to determine feasibility in solution design. Develop, monitor, and analyze initiative success metrics with dashboards/scorecards; identify performance insights to inform PMO practices. What You'll Bring
Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7+ years of technical project management and related experience including software development and web technologies. Knowledge of insurance and healthcare industry highly desired. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Agile/Lean, ITIL or other technology certification a plus; OpEx Green Belt a plus.
