Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual to join CLEAResult as a Senior Practice Consultant. Practice Consultants work with both program teams and utility partners to develop, execute, and scale Energy Transition resource products and services to manage distributed energy resources, transportation electrification, building electrification, storage, and renewable distributed generation offerings.

Lead and support delivery of Energy Transition programs, including offering vetting, SOW development, program standup, and handoff to local teams
Document requirements for both technology and processes for Energy Transition offerings
Support proposals, with a focus on both ET solutions and the overall offering
Collect and disseminate best practices, with an emphasis on process improvement and efficiency
Provide input to the requirements for software platforms needed to support program teams and internal initiatives
Oversee the day-to-day execution of some smaller projects
Provide input to the development and execution of training materials and programs
Be a key contributor to the overall growth of the team
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
At least 3 years of professional experience
A technical degree or equivalent
Experience implementing utility energy management programs
Experience influencing and implementing technology in technology organizations
Change management and influence in a fast-growing organization
End customer, program lead, and utility-facing experience
Both internal and external marketing and sales
Compensation Range : $91,700.00 - $137,600.00 ( Currency : USD,
