Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our enterprise risk framework. This role will collaborate across multiple functions, products, and geographies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and will contribute to board-level reporting and strategic risk planning. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ERM, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence senior leadership in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities:

ERM Strategy & Framework : Design, implement, and continuously improve the global ERM framework aligned with company strategy and regulatory requirements. Develop risk appetite statements and risk tolerance thresholds in collaboration with executive leadership. Risk Identification & Assessment : Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments, including strategic, operational, financial, compliance, cybersecurity, and reputational risks. Facilitate risk workshops and scenario planning with business units and corporate functions. Risk Monitoring & Reporting : Assist with implementation and maintenance of all ERM technology solutions, including developing and maintaining risk dashboards, heat maps, and key risk indicators (KRIs). Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, Security, Product, HR, and other teams to embed risk management into decision-making processes. Technology & Innovation Risk : Assess risks related to emerging technologies, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, data privacy, and global product launches. Crisis Management & Business Continuity : Assist in business continuity planning and crisis response protocols. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Business, Finance, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, preferably in a global technology or innovation-driven company. Strong understanding of regulatory environments (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO 31000, NIST). Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
