Retail Territory Manager, North New Jersey

We are seeking a Retail Territory Manager to join our team in Northern New Jersey. As a Retail Territory Manager, you will manage a territory of Home Depot, Lowes, and ACE accounts, and be responsible for analyzing metrics to strategically map out your customer routing schedule. The Job: Driving Top Line Sales to deliver quarterly and annual POS Goals. Partnering with Store and District Managers to align our strategies with their retail specific goals. Analyzing POS by store and promotional performance to develop individualized store and territory sales plans. Working closely with the Sales Operations team to inform them on your needs to ensure proper inventory for promotional activities. Driving execution strategy based on trends and SKU level detail by analyzing Power BI and SalesForce. Selling In and executing national event activations to drive sales and gain market share. Implementing national overdrive strategies to promote product sell-through and identifying key territory specific opportunities. Engaging Store and District Key Decision Makers to inform them on key initiatives and developing customized initiatives. Partnering with retail service partners, including active store and district level engagement. Leveraging sales enablement tools to analyze data and identify sales gaps. Driving effective inventory management and retailer specific order writing. Establishing, developing, and maintaining key relationships with professional end-users. Executing monthly job site visits to provide product training and deliver pro target POS goals. Effectively managing budgets to drive profitability. The Person: 3-5 years of Retail Sales Experience in the Consumer Goods Industry. Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends. Capable of handling, training on, and demonstrating products. Ability to analyze Power BI and SalesForce data to develop strategic growth plans. Possessing an understanding of IT Business systems and Microsoft Applications. Must Pass Drug Test and MVR.
