Overview
Help shape and support our residential community at the University of Alaska Southeast! We are hiring for our Director of Residence Life and Dining position. This position oversees our residential and dining operations, and includes staff supervision, facility and budget management, guest services and food services, health and wellness programming, and emergency response. The Director works closely with a team of professional and student employees on-site to prioritize a safe and caring community, and engages collaboratively with faculty and staff to provide a living learning environment for students while they pursue their education at UAS. This is a full-time, 12-month, live-on position with on-call responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related field and five years progressively responsible higher education experience and three years management experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. A valid Alaska driver\'s license and clean driving record in compliance with UA Safe Driving Criteria.
Position Details
This position is located on the UAS campus in Juneau, AK. This is a full-time, exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package. UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage.
