Store Manager position at Panda Restaurant Group (Panda Express). You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Lead and participate in the store leadership training program (8+ weeks). Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including safety and food safety regulations. Benefits & Perks

High school diploma required Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Food Safety: Serve Safe certified ADA Statement
While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across countertops. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high. Storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have effective verbal communication skills, adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and manage conflicts/difficult situations.
