Academy of Our Lady of Peace . The Academy is currently accepting applications for the Winter 2025-2026 season. This is a seasonal non-exempt interscholastic coaching position for a competitive CIF girls water polo program. We are interested in finding someone who will serve as an excellent role model to represent OLP with experience and dedication to developing the program and building it for future seasons. This is a non-exempt, seasonal position. Responsibilities
Coach and develop the Girls JV Water Polo program for the Winter 2025-2026 season. Model professionalism and leadership for female student-athletes; promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic balance. Requirements
Essential qualities include: experienced water polo coaching skills and knowledge, good communication, teamwork philosophy, and character development for female student-athletes. Applicants must have a current TB test and CPR/AED, and First-Aid Certification. Applicants must have a Livescan background review and obtain the required CIF paperwork, including coaching certification, concussion education, and sudden cardiac arrest education, before hire.
