We are looking for a Manager – Program Administration who is responsible for assisting in the management of large, multi-faceted projects and/or multiple projects simultaneously. They will assist the team through all phases of a program including strategic planning, work planning, mobilization, execution, and closeout consistent with established program delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget and other contract requirements. Baton Rouge (Preferred Location) What Work You Will be Responsible For
Evaluates client needs, recommends project approaches, and understands engagement scope, manages activities for completing work, and assists with oversight of overall quality control of client deliverables. Assists the team through all phases of a program including strategic planning, work planning, mobilization, execution, and closeout consistent with established program delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget and other contract requirements. Ensures that the scope of work is completed to the satisfaction of the client and key stakeholders, while ensuring that quality, financial, risk management, business and policy expectations are met. Serves as one of the firm’s primary contacts with the client. Provides leadership and facilitates technical and management collaboration amongst project team members and the client. Participates on proposal writing teams including writing and coordinating submissions. Assists with preparation of written reports, deliverables, and other materials for clients. Communicates with the client on progress and status, scope, schedule and budget as well as deliverables, client reviews, technical input, and comment resolution. Facilitates collaboration with external agencies and other stakeholders to enable successful development and implementation of complex project workflow and processes. Ensures compliance with applicable policies and procedures, laws and regulations, and stays current on compliance-related areas. Exhibits excellent client service skills including identifying opportunities to provide additional services to clients and/or non-clients. Maintains engagement procedures in line with professional requirements and identifies engagement efficiencies. Estimates effort and resources required for responsibilities and prioritizes delivery accordingly. Collaborates with engagement leaders to ensure client and stakeholder satisfaction while meeting quality, financial, risk management, and policy expectations. Builds and maintains trusted relationships with diverse groups of clients, team members, managers, and subject matter experts. Maintains required CPE hours for Firm and applicable licensing standards. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of program management experience At least 1 year of experience directly leading/managing a large program Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree PMI PMP certification or other related professional certification Experience in a consulting/advisory practice Experience managing projects using established project management principles (PMBOK, Agile, Lean) Supervisory experience of project teams Experience with federally funded grants management programs and reporting requirements (ARPA, IIJA, EPA, FEMA, Broadband) Experience managing multiple projects of varying sizes with budgets Strong policy background including Uniform Guidance, 2 CFR 200, and post-award grant management Experience overseeing programs from initiation to closeout in a supervisory capacity Experience collaborating with cross-functional departments and external stakeholders while ensuring policy compliance EEO Statement:
