Senior Technical Sourcer – Engineering

As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you’ll identify engineers who will shape the future of enterprise AI and work with engineering leaders, recruiters, and our executive team to craft smart sourcing strategies and pipelines that fuel our growth. What You’ll Do: Be a Talent Strategist:
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand critical technical needs and shape bespoke sourcing strategies. Discover Top Engineering Talent:
Identify and engage candidates across backend, infrastructure, AI/ML, and related areas using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and your network. Tell a Compelling Story:
Communicate Moveworks’ mission, culture, and future to candidates through personalized outreach. Build for Now and the Future:
Develop and nurture pipelines of high-potential, passive candidates to ready the organization for today’s roles and tomorrow’s big bets. Be a True Partner to the Business:
Collaborate with recruiters and engineering leadership to share market intel, calibrate profiles, and adjust strategies in real time. Operate with Data:
Track sourcing metrics and funnel health, using data to improve outreach, messaging, and conversion. Champion the Candidate Experience:
Ensure every interaction reflects Moveworks’ quality and culture. Experience: 4+ years of technical sourcing experience with a track record of hiring for engineering, machine learning, or product roles. Strong background in sourcing for hard-to-fill roles in competitive markets. Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in sourcing tools, platforms, and strategies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, boolean searches). Experience with diversity sourcing strategies and building inclusive talent pipelines. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for candidates. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and builds strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. Technical Acumen: Comfortable discussing technical concepts and assessing qualifications for software engineering, AI/ML, and related roles. Experience using data to track progress, measure success, and inform strategy. Passion for Talent Acquisition: Genuine passion for identifying exceptional talent and providing an outstanding candidate experience.
