Manage projects and serve as a client liaison, including meetings with clients Plan, scope, budget, and perform QA/QC Prepare proposals and budgets, assist in winning new work Review plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents Review regulatory permits and complete technical reports Develop clients to grow coastal engineering services Design coastal and waterfront infrastructure projects Mentor junior staff Qualifications

Self-motivated, hands-on, with sales and project management skills Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering required; Master’s preferred 9+ years of experience in coastal/waterfront projects, client management, and project management Professional Engineer license required Experience with regulatory compliance required Consulting experience and funding/grants experience preferred Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Benefits
