We are currently recruiting for a

CRM Business Analyst III . Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Texas, Missouri, or California.

What You Will Do In The Position

Responsibilities

Leads CRM projects from discovery through delivery, translating business needs into scalable solutions.

Conducts workshops to gather requirements and define functional specifications.

Configures CRM workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting tools to support business processes.

Collaborates with ERP teams to enhance cross-platform integration and data consistency.

Validates system changes through testing, documentation, and stakeholder feedback.

Mentors junior analysts, fostering growth and promoting best practices.

Builds strong relationships with business stakeholders, advocating for CRM adoption and continuous improvement.

What You Will Need To Succeed Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) CRM system.

Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, with strong knowledge of Sales, Service, or Marketing modules.

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or AX 2012 is preferred.

Proven ability to write clear, actionable functional requirements and leverage out-of-the-box D365 functionality.

Skilled in leading discovery sessions and translating complex or ambiguous business needs into structured deliverables.

Ability to design efficient workflows and automations; adept at identifying process bottlenecks and recommending improvements.

Proficient in configuring CRM components, utilizing native reporting tools, and collaborating with developers on custom solutions.

Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and promote best practices within the CRM discipline.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate CRM usage trends and recommend enhancements aligned with business goals.

Experience

4-6 years experience in a related field.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 CE, including full lifecycle implementations.

Proven track record in CRM configuration, documentation, and deployment.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence and support user adoption across teams.

Education

BA or BS – with a preference in Information Systems or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits The posted pay range, $112,700 to $150,200 per annum, is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation in the first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
