Overview
The Manager – IT Services Sourcing is responsible for leading the strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contract management of IT services, including managed services, professional services, infrastructure services, application development & maintenance (ADM), and consulting engagements. This role partners globally across regions—including India, UK, and Australia—and collaborates closely with legal, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure optimized commercial outcomes, risk mitigation, and value delivery. Key Responsibilities
Lead sourcing strategy, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contracting for IT Services spend categories (e.g., managed services, consulting, cloud services support). Partner with offshore sourcing execution teams (e.g., India) to manage contract lifecycle, optimize delivery models, and ensure total cost of ownership (TCO) savings. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to align contracts with business requirements and corporate policies (e.g., data privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory). Translate technical statements of work (SOWs), service level agreements (SLAs), and key commercial terms into clear, enforceable contracts. Manage global supplier relationships and lead governance of master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work, and rate cards. Develop and execute category strategies based on market intelligence, emerging service delivery models (e.g., offshore, nearshore), and supplier capabilities. Drive annual cost savings, service quality improvements, vendor performance optimization, and compliance with SLAs and KPIs. Facilitate alignment and communication across cross-functional stakeholders in the US, UK, Australia, and India. Qualifications & Skills
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5–8 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement of IT services in a complex, global organization. Demonstrated success in negotiating large-scale IT services contracts and managing vendor performance. Strong knowledge of services contracting, rate card negotiations, SLA/KPI frameworks, and performance-based models. Experience with outsourcing, co-sourcing, and managed services delivery models. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership skills. Experience working with global sourcing and delivery teams across geographies. Key Competencies
