Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner What We’re Looking For We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who is driven by a desire to contribute, be challenged and grow. This role supports high-volume recruiting across manufacturing, production, and operations, identifying, attracting, and hiring top‑tier talent in a manufacturing environment. You will partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. The successful candidate is proactive, collaborative, and has full life cycle recruiting experience, with the ability to promote Dover Food Retail (Hillphoenix) as a great place to work. You will manage the ATS, schedule interviews, and monitor KPIs. Responsibilities

Manage full life cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles (e.g., Assemblers, Machine Operators, Material Handlers, Welders, Technicians). Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to determine workforce needs, openings, and job criteria; understand technical requirements and experience needed. Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on requirements, expectations, and timelines. Talent sourcing: recruit and interview passive, high-quality candidates using various methodologies. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners (community contacts, technical schools, local professionals). Develop innovative strategies to hire and retain top talent (social media, job fairs, community outreach, external connections) to ensure a strong candidate pipeline. Stay current on market trends and maintain engagement with professional communities. Provide exceptional service to candidates and internal partners; act as main point of contact for HR, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Document candidate progress and provide regular updates to HR, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition Leader. Adhere to recruiting processes and demonstrate best practices; promote diversity in sourcing and recruitment. Identify risks/challenges and develop action plans for aging requisitions. Participate in special projects aligned with Talent Acquisition and HR goals. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications

What are the basic qualifications? 4+ years of full life cycle high-volume recruiting for hourly positions (e.g., 30+ openings at any one time) High School Diploma required What are the preferred qualifications? Bachelor's Degree Experience recruiting manufacturing or industrial production staff (Assemblers, Machine Operators, Material Handlers, Welders, etc.) Experience working at a staffing agency Knowledge of employment laws Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Experience with ATS, social media, and job boards Talent attraction strategies including sourcing passive candidates and building external relationships Fit for the Role

Proven ability to build credible relationships and partner with business leaders throughout recruitment and selection. Detail-oriented with strong time management and presentation accuracy. Effective verbal and written communication with all levels of management and employees.
