Position Summary: As Vice President of Finance at CommLoan, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting function, maintaining robust financial controls, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. You'll play a key role in supporting strategic decisions, managing risk, and helping drive CommLoan’s continued growth. This is a high-impact leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of accounting operations including general ledger, A/R, A/P, revenue recognition, and financial reporting Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Design and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures Partner with the CEO on forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning initiatives Manage audits, tax filings, and all regulatory compliance (federal, state, and local) Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimization Drive automation and efficiency by improving financial systems and leveraging technology Support strategic initiatives including investor reporting, fundraising, and M&A due diligence Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a VP of Finance or equivalent role Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements Hands-on experience with financial systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar) Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup or growth-stage environment Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications:

CPA or MBA Background in fintech, SaaS, or financial services Experience with venture-backed startups Public accounting experience (Big 4 or similar) What We Offer:
