$170,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr Role overview

The Executive Vice President (EVP) of Finance serves as a key strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team. This role oversees the company’s financial health, scalability, and profitability while aligning financial strategy with long-term growth objectives. The EVP will work closely with the CFO and EVP of Strategic Partnerships to grow the company’s B2B distribution channel and enhance the B2B platform of the company. The EVP will oversee all day to day aspects of corporate finance, accounting, budgeting, and financial operations strategy to support the company’s mission and aggressive growth plans. Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive leadership team, contributing to overall company direction and growth strategy. Support development and execute a comprehensive financial strategy that supports aggressive growth, profitability, and scalability goals. Partner with department heads to optimize resource allocation and ROI Direct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment with strategic goals. Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance. Lead financial due diligence and modeling for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic growth opportunities. Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Develop market and competitor research and insights that impact decision making across the leadership team Lead new product go-to-market strategies from a financial perspective Competencies

Expertise in corporate finance, accounting, and GAAP principles. Proven ability to lead financial strategy in a high-growth, multi-entity environment. Expert-level financial modeling and forecasting skills. Strong operational execution abilities with high proficiency in data management and financial systems/technology Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends and adapt financial strategies accordingly. Experience leading transformation and restructuring from both a financial and operational perspective Education and experience

Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably in high-growth or private equity-backed companies. International business experience Demonstrated track record in capital markets, strategic transactions, and financial leadership at scale. Physical requirements
