Overview
Influencer Marketing Manager (Affiliate Marketing) at Acceleration Partners. This role is focused on developing and executing influencer programs at scale within client affiliate channels, managing client relationships, and delivering KPI-driven results across social media channels. Responsibilities
PROGRAM STRATEGY & EXECUTION – Develop custom influencer program strategies and tactical plans aligned to client goals; monitor program performance, budget spend, and pacing; present strategic recommendations to optimize performance and spend; stay connected with influencer industry trends and apply insights to strategy. CLIENT SERVICE & COMMUNICATION – Serve as the main client contact; deliver outputs in the AP way; nurture strong client relationships with high satisfaction and retention. REPORTING & ANALYSIS – Use data to identify trends and provide insights; conduct full-funnel analysis (upper- to lower-funnel metrics) and educate clients on findings. INFLUENCER PARTNERSHIP OPTIMIZATION – Design recruitment, content, communication, incentive, and optimization strategies; negotiate longer-term media packages; educate influencers on affiliate landscape and best practices; train and coach creators as needed. PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT – Manage multiple programs with strong organization; prioritize work to meet client objectives; identify opportunities and proactively propose solutions to align goals. Qualifications
4+ years in an influencer marketing agency with experience managing client relationships Solid understanding of how influencer and affiliate marketing can work together Experience running influencer campaigns for consumer products and/or services; omni-channel and digital marketing know-how Advanced Excel, reporting, and data presentation skills Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing abilities Knowledge of attribution in digital marketing Familiarity with tools (CreatorIQ, Grin, Izea) preferred; knowledge of Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms (Impact, ShareASale, CJ) preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Ability to travel up to 15% What success looks like
