As the partner marketing landscape evolves, Acceleration Partners seeks an Influencer Marketing Manager to provide premium service to diverse brands eager to scale influencer programs within their affiliate channels. You will manage client relationships and lead the development and execution of influencer program strategy, including recruitment, content, communications, incentives, and optimization for monetization of content across social media. The role requires experience in end-to-end KPI-driven influencer marketing campaigns for consumer products and/or service companies, ability to analyze program data, negotiate media packages with influencers, and lead a team to execute. You should be capable of developing comprehensive strategy and guiding execution while balancing multiple priorities. Top Responsibilities
PROGRAM STRATEGY & EXECUTION – Develop custom influencer strategies and tactical plans; monitor program performance, budget spend, and pacing; present recommendations to optimize performance and spend; stay informed on influencer industry trends and apply insights. CLIENT SERVICE & COMMUNICATION – Deliver superior client service, act as primary contact, and maintain high client satisfaction and retention. REPORTING & ANALYSIS – Conduct data-driven analysis to identify trends, optimize outcomes, and present insights to clients across upper- and lower-funnel metrics. INFLUENCER PARTNERSHIP OPTIMIZATION – Design recruitment, content, communications, and incentive strategies; negotiate long-term media packages; coach and educate influencers on best practices within the affiliate landscape. PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT – Manage multiple influencer programs, prioritize tasks, identify opportunities, and proactively address issues with solutions. What Success Looks Like
By 2 months: understand client goals, establish relationships, become the main point of contact, and independently drive actions while escalating issues as needed. By 4 months: manage a portfolio with minimal guidance, analyze data to optimize outcomes, maintain profitable client servicing, and meet client KPIs with strong client ratings. Qualifications
4+ years in an influencer marketing agency with client relationship experience Strong understanding of how influencer and affiliate marketing work together Experience running influencer campaigns for consumer products/services; omni-channel and digital marketing knowledge Advanced Excel; ability to format, create formulas, and generate reports Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of obtaining client approvals Working knowledge of attribution in digital marketing Experience with tools (CreatorIQ, Grin, Izea, etc.) preferred; knowledge of affiliate networks (Impact, ShareASale, CJ) preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Ability to travel up to 15% Why Acceleration Partners?
