As part of the Acquisition Advisory team you are expected to provide financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to large company and private equity fund clients. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyse complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical skills. Providing financial due diligence and transaction-related services Interviewing executive management at target companies Assessing quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows Resolving issues in technical accounting areas Participating in client discussions and meetings Communicating a broad range of Firm services Managing engagements and maintaining project economics CPA or equivalent Salary and Benefits
Salary range: $77,000 - $202,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed range. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
