They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. Those in financial due diligence at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues.

Analyze intricate issues and develop solutions
Mentor and guide junior team members
Maintain elevated standards in every deliverable
Build and sustain client relationships
Develop a deeper understanding of the business context
Navigate complex situations to enhance personal brand and technical skills
Utilize various tools and methodologies to solve problems
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Providing financial due diligence and transaction-related services
Interviewing executive management at target companies
Assessing quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows
Resolving issues in technical accounting areas
Participating in client discussions and meetings
Communicating a broad range of Firm services
Managing engagements and maintaining project economics
CPA or equivalent
Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
