Key Account Parts Representative - Power Systems at Wagner Equipment Co. This role focuses on parts sales for assigned customer accounts, delivering a high level of customer experience and ensuring processes meet the company’s vision of working as “One Professional Team.” Responsibilities

Answers phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally as a primary responsibility. Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Develops and maintains communication strategies for customers and interdepartmental teams. Promotes positive interpersonal skills in all interactions with customers and employees. Maintains parts quotes, orders, and invoicing for assigned customers. Identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience. Develops and implements strategies to increase customer loyalty. Conducts annual/biannual customer visits; tracks core credits, inspections, and core return processes. Ensures proper notes for backorder analysts and shipping instructions on orders. Handles on-call duties and assists customers after hours if needed. Provides leads to PSSR’s and service shops; maintains active communication with leadership and sales teams. Attends meetings (virtual or in person as needed). Work location distribution: 80% Office, 20% Field/Warehouse. Performs other duties as assigned by manager. Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of experience with parts, administrative/clerical tasks, customer service, and sales. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook). Excellent communication skills and professional phone demeanor. Ability to travel as needed. Physical Demands & Competencies

Sedentary work with occasional lifting up to 45 pounds. Strong technical and customer service skills; ability to resolve issues beyond normal channels. Professional phone skills; ability to travel when needed. Work Environment
