Position: Director. As a School Director, you’ll be dedicated to the success of our next generation, committed to creating a safe, healthy environment and a culture where all children and team members can thrive. Create a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children Cultivate an environment committed to health and safety Learn all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire Manage the operation of the school Ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost control Oversee all preschool operations including human resources, quality assurance and facility operations Hire, develop and retain staff Build positive relationships with families and the community Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field 3-5 years of Director experience in a licensed child care facility Strong background in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment and budget management Demonstrated highly-effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Proven track record in overseeing all preschool operations including human resources, quality assurance and facility operations Strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community Benefits
