Lead evaluation sessions with vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical credentials. Collaborate with end users and product teams to ensure timely delivery of technical solutions. Escalate project risks to senior stakeholders with mitigation plans. Coach and develop high-performing teams locally and remotely. Lead communities of practice to promote new and emerging technologies. Contribute to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience; 2+ years leading technical teams. Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JPA or Python, microservices frameworks. Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and testing frameworks. Experience with object-oriented design, test automation, cloud-native applications, and security standards. Knowledge of microservices, NoSQL databases, Kafka, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools. Preferred Qualifications Agile development experience, enterprise data analytics, finance reporting, or LLM implementations are advantageous.
