Analyst, AI Product Strategy & Operations
The Opportunity: Build Your Foundation in AI Transformation Analysts under the CAIO are frontline executors who power pods with data, research, and execution support. This is not an observer role — Analysts work inside portfolio companies, helping to scope opportunities, test AI systems, and document results. You’ll gain early exposure to both the technical and financial sides of AI transformation, preparing you for a fast-track career toward Associate and Product Manager positions. This role is for exceptional early-career talent (under 3 years of experience) with strong analytical and technical foundations, plus exposure to private equity, consulting, or high-growth companies. What You’ll Do Research & Diagnostics: Collect data, analyze workflows, and help identify AI opportunities. Support Product Delivery: Draft user stories, test features, and document requirements for AI systems. Hands-On AI Exposure: Experiment with APIs, basic prototypes, and early-stage AI tools. Financial Analysis: Assist in quantifying the business case (ROI, cost savings, margin expansion). Operational Support: Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders. Pod Participation: Contribute to agile sprints as the “execution engine” for deliverables and documentation. What You’ll Need Experience in consulting, data, engineering, or product analyst roles. Strong SQL, Excel, or Python skills. Familiarity with AI concepts, even through academic or project exposure. Ability to analyze workflows and tie them back to financial impact. Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical and investment teams. Nice-to-Haves Prior experience in PE/VC portfolio work, consulting, or startup environments. Exposure to cloud/AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of workflow or product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma). Certifications in data/analytics or cloud technologies.
