Overview
Director, Business Technology Solutions – Infrastructure & Service Delivery role at Integer Holdings Corporation. We are looking for a strategic leader who will partner with business leaders to deliver a prioritized technology roadmap for infrastructure, ensure high availability and security, and drive continuous improvement through automation and strong governance. Responsibilities
Serve as strategic point of contact for the business area of focus and build a strong, productive relationship with business partners as a trusted advisor. Partner with business communities to drive delivery of a prioritized technology roadmap aligned to business strategy and emerging technologies; provide updates to technology plans and multi-year roadmaps. Lead presentations to senior leaders on initiatives, roadmap delivery, system performance, and new concepts; support M&A due diligence and post-merger integration planning as needed. Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide infrastructure (data centers, networks, servers, storage, and cloud platforms); lead and mentor central and regional teams across geographies. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems; establish and enforce global standards, policies, and procedures for IT operations and support. Drive continuous improvement through automation, monitoring, and analytics; manage vendor relationships and contracts for infrastructure and support services; govern MSPs and ensure SLAs and KPIs meet business outcomes. Collaborate with cybersecurity, applications, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and risk mitigation; lead incident response and disaster recovery planning/execution. Define and track KPIs to measure service quality, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency; review and improve technology effectiveness with business partners. Educate the business and IT leadership on the value and usage of new industry technologies; lead solutions analysis, feasibility studies, and project scoping/planning with balanced constraints (scope, time, cost, quality, resources, risk). Develop and manage area budget; build a strong, diverse IT team focused on delivering a positive customer experience; foster continuous learning and accountability. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems or business administration. 10+ years IT experience in a multinational company; 7+ years in IT infrastructure and support with at least 5 years in a global leadership role. Proven experience managing large-scale IT operations across multiple regions; strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies (networking, virtualization, cloud, endpoint management). Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management and security frameworks; deep domain experience in business and technology. Experience delivering business outcomes through technology and automation initiatives; strategic technology planning and execution; leadership) and ability to build/lead teams in new endeavors. Experience working with business, development teams, and cloud-hosted/SaaS vendors; vendor negotiation/management for software development and services. Demonstrated ownership, results focus, and strong people management with direct reports; ability to work with executive leaders to enable business models and priorities. Experience with cloud-based applications and infrastructure; leading infrastructure integration for M&A; managing MSPs and strategic vendor partnerships. Strong business acumen, interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence change and lead cross-functional teams; willingness to travel periodically. Knowledge & Skills
