The Store Manager will lead and drive sales by taking an Omni channel approach to the retail experience. Their goal is to deliver an environment that is engaging and inspiring to the customer while fostering continual team development to create a culture of excellence, creativity, collaboration, innovation, and trust. Role Responsibilities
Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values; partners with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Leadership Team on the creation of an engaging visual experience that appeals to the UO customer Leads and supports the team to elevate every aspect of the store experience through omni channel capabilities, merchandising, and display to create a compelling atmosphere Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment by being highly focused on delivering exceptional and genuine customer experiences that are engaging, efficient, and personalized; interprets customer feedback and team insights to positively improve interactions Role Qualifications
Passion for UO brand 5+ years store leadership experience Proven record of hiring and developing great talent Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays The Perks
