We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Industry Solutions (L&A) expert to join our Insurance team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working as an Industry L&A expert, leveraging strategic solutioning experience, pursuit building, providing thought leadership, and delivering innovative, outcome-based solutions. The Insurance Solutions leader role will serve as an authority on Insurance Industry within NTT DATA and with customers. Responsibilities
Manage large pursuits or strategic customer relationships of critical importance. Act as Insurance industry-wide authority. Develop advanced/leading-edge solutions and concepts. Support key business objectives creatively and strategically. Develop innovative solutions, systems and products to support NTT DATA objectives. Build external alliances with customers and industry experts to gain and share information and industry trends. Problem Solving
Apply thought leadership and understand our competitive position to help win large insurance-industry pursuits. Shape long-term strategic direction and reputation of NTT DATA Insurance Services. Develop integrated business solutions across business units. Uncover strategic issues from a scientific/technical perspective. Create solutions that enhance NTT DATA’s ability to deliver services to clients. Ensure products and services are aligned with current and future needs and expectations. Guidance
Guided by brand and functional strategy. Model organizational and industry standards for innovation. Direct pursuits of critical importance to NTT DATA. Break new ground; shape the industry. Analyze long-term impact of new or anticipated strategies. Relationships & Impact
Contribute to NTT DATA business and functional strategy and impact results, image or operational effectiveness. Provide influence and authoritative advice at senior levels. Collaborate with other business functions to support initiatives. Represent area of professional/technical expertise externally. Job Duty Differentiators
Lead advisor for large and complex integrated BPO, TPA, BPaaS and Tech pursuits. Lead development of innovative ideas and principles; apply state-of-the-art knowledge of technology alternatives. Provide direction for the consulting group and decide approaches and procedures. Manage multi-functional, multi-national pursuits to completion. Develop and maintain relationships with top executives and participate in solutions and strategy decisions. Design and deliver enterprise-wide system solutions to external customers. Identify and develop new opportunities with existing or new clients; develop and explain business cases to Senior Executives. Act as a technology expert, speak at conferences, and publish white papers. Job Scope Differentiators
Managed/direct large sales pursuits size: >$50 Million TCV; responsible for annual TCV target upwards of $100M. Other Qualifications
15+ years of Insurance industry experience and 10+ years of solutioning or business development experience. Bachelor’s Degree required; Graduate Degree preferred. About Job Details
